Goldman Ismail Attorneys Receive Pro Bono Excellence Awards 

Goldman Ismail Tomaselli Brennan & Baum LLP attorneys Andrew Rima, Meredith McBride, and Rami Fakhouri all received the Northern District of Illinois’s 2025 Excellence in Pro Bono and Public Interest Service Award honoring “lawyers who have served this court and the community” through dedicated representation and advocacy. Andrew Rima and Meredith McBride received this award in connection with their long-term representation of an individual defendant in a case engaging complex questions of civil rights and education law, including serving as trial counsel. Rami Fakhouri was recognized for his work in facilitating the full resolution of a multi-defendant civil suit earlier this year.
