Kurt represents clients in complex civil litigation. He has experience throughout the lifecycle of high-stakes patent infringement, products liability, and antitrust litigation, including having served on multiple jury trial teams in matters ending in favorable verdicts.
Kurt joined Goldman Ismail after a two-year clerkship at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before law school, Kurt served as a special operations pilot for the United States Air Force. He remains a reservist with the Illinois Air National Guard.
