Shayna Cook and Rami Fakhouri named Litigators of the Week for Paragard Win
Goldman Ismail partners Shayna Cook and Rami Fakhouri were selected as Litigators of the Week in the February 6, 2026 edition of The American Lawyer column.
The recognition comes after they served as trial counsel and secured a full defense verdict for Teva Pharmaceuticals in the first Paragard IUD bellwether trial in federal court in Atlanta.
