Sarah represents clients in high-stakes cases at various stages of litigation. Her practice focuses on product liability, class actions, and other complex commercial matters where she has taken and defended expert depositions, led briefing of numerous dispositive motions, and prepared key fact and expert witnesses for deposition and trial.

Sarah is committed to protecting civil liberties through her pro bono work, and has represented clients throughout Illinois and Indiana asserting various claims under the First, Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments.

Sarah graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and with high honors from University of Chicago Law School, where she was awarded the Joseph Henry Beale Prize for Legal Research and Writing.

  • Gardasil Litigation

    Represents Merck in all aspects of products liability cases involving the HPV vaccine, Gardasil.

    In re Roundup Products Liability Litigation

    Member of trial and national science and expert teams, including litigation-wide and case-specific expert strategy. Trial in St. Louis County in fall 2022 resulted in a complete defense verdict.

    Telephone Consumer Protection Act Litigation

    Represents various MLB clubs in several purported class action and individual lawsuits brought by TCPA plaintiffs.

    Sportvision, Inc. et al. v. MLB Advanced Media, L.P.

    Represents MLB Advanced Media in patent, trade secret, and contract matter relating to the display of video graphics.

    Audio Products Litigation

    Member of trial team for a Fortune 10 American technology company in a patent-infringement dispute relating to wireless headphones, wireless communications, and audio products. The case, set for trial in the Western District of Texas, settled on favorable terms right before trial.

    Confidential Commercial Arbitration

    Member of trial team in a licensing and intellectual property arbitration against a multi-national pharmaceutical company. The three-arbitrator panel ruled unanimously in favor of our client on all claims.

    Insulin Pump Litigation

    Member of team representing Medtronic, Inc. and Medtronic MiniMed in products liability cases nationwide involving the NGP 600 Series insulin pumps. Obtained summary judgment in case pending in Florida federal court in September 2024.
