Matt represents clients in complex civil cases. He has handled suits at various stages of litigation, and his experience includes drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs. He draws on his background in computer science to address challenging legal and technical issues.
Matt joined Goldman Ismail after completing two clerkships, one on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and one on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to clerking, Matt worked as an associate at another national law firm.
After graduating summa cum laude from Dartmouth College, Matt spent several years as a software engineer. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as a managing editor of the Stanford Law Review and participated in the Juelsgaard Intellectual Property and Innovation Clinic.
