Lesley Hamming represents clients in a wide variety of industries and technical areas in intellectual property and other technology-driven litigation. Lesley draws on her PhD in engineering to analyze complex subject matter and explain it to a court or client in a clear and compelling way.  Her work has spanned technologies including computer-related technology, e-commerce, big data, graphical user interfaces, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, advanced materials such as crystals and shape memory alloys, mechanical & electrical devices, and consumer goods.  Lesley has represented clients in patent, trade dress, copyright, and contract disputes in multiple district courts, before the US Patent & Trademark Office, and at the International Trade Commission.  She has also provided clients with pre-litigation strategic counseling regarding intellectual property disputes and patent portfolios. Prior to her legal career, Lesley was a professional triathlete, competing on the USA National (U23) team in multiple Pan American races and World Championships.
